Management

Hugh is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He qualified with and was formerly a partner of Coopers & Lybrand, working in their Jersey practice, and thereafter a partner with Blease Lloyd, a firm of Chartered Accountants in the City of London before returning to Jersey to work in the Trust field.

Justine holds a BA (Hons) in English from Nottingham University, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She has been in the offshore trust industry since 1991 and was a Director of Equity Trust (Jersey) Limited (formerly Standard Chartered Grindlays Trust Corporation (Jersey) Limited) prior to joining Helm in January 2007.

Lewis was appointed as a Director of Helm in September 2011 having joined Helm from Carey Olsen, the leading Channel Island offshore law firm.  Lewis qualified as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2001.  Prior to joining Helm as a director, Lewis’ legal practice focussed on advising Jersey finance industry and international clients on a wide range finance industry related issues, specialising in trust law, regulatory law and anti-money laundering and was recommended in Chambers and Partners, the leading legal services directory, for his ability to represent finance industry clients on, in particular, trust law issues.  Lewis’ extensive experience and expertise as a trust lawyer gives Helm an almost unique edge in its trust and company administration services offering.

Claire holds a BSc (Hons) in Financial Services from the University of Manchester and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. She has been in the offshore Trust industry for over 10 years, having worked with Helm for the last six before being appointed Director. Download Vcard

Peter is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Trustee Diploma) and a Member of STEP. He has over twenty five years experience in the Offshore Industry and was a Director of one of the major bank Trust companies in Jersey before joining Helm, as a Director and now as a Consultant.

Emma has a Business and Finance Diploma and holds the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration. She has been in the Trust industry since 1995 and has been a Manager with Helm Trust Company Limited since she joined in 2007.

Claire is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Claire has worked in the offshore industry since 1993, with 10 years of it in a managerial role.

Suzanne has completed the ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) examination series and holds the ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) Certificate. She has been working in the trust industry since 2000 and joined Helm in April 2009.
